GUEST HOUSE IN INDIA

Our Divine Light Temple is located on the outskirts of the pilgrimage town of Tiruvannamalai, in the southern Indian state of Tamil Nadu. The area is known for its deep-rooted spirituality, which you as a visitor can immerse yourself in. Tiruvannamalai offers you the opportunity to meet authentic yogis and enlightened souls who daily circumambulate the sacred mountain Arunachala.

Our guesthouse combines spirituality and comfort. It has a cozy bedroom with two cozy beds. If necessary, a third bed can be added. In the lovingly designed living room, a super comfortable hanging rocking chair invites you to relax, unwind and read. Kitchen and bathroom offer you the luxury of western standards. In our guest house you will enjoy hot water, a water filter, air conditioning, bed linen, towels and fly screens in front of the windows. The beautiful roof terrace, covered with palm leaves, can be used by arrangement. It offers you an enchanting view of Arunachala and the possibility to connect with the high vibrating energies of this holy mountain from the comfort of the guesthouse. The rooftop terrace also provides ample space for yoga, relaxation and satsang. A sweet little temple siesta in the guest house, inviting you to daily spiritual practice, completes this special offer.

The core of the main house is a beautiful temple room. You are welcome to spend time in this special place, but in any case you should respect its spirituality. You are welcome to use a phone both in the guest house and on the roof, but we ask that you generally keep a quiet atmosphere. Since the temple room is located in the main house, it is only open during the months when we are in India ourselves.

Since the guesthouse is located at the foot of the Arunachala, our ashram is an absolute power place. Through our own spiritual practice, we have already been able to build up very high vibrational spiritual energies in this special place, which has noticeably increased the already very high initial vibration many times over. As a guest you benefit, so to speak, from these prepared high vibrations, which will support you in your own spiritual practice.

Prices are staggered according to length of stay:

• 23 € per person per night for a stay longer than 1 week
• 21 € per person per night for a stay longer than 2 weeks
• 14 € per person per night for a stay longer than 1 month
• 12 € per person per night for a stay longer than 2 months
• Final cleaning: 29€

Extras:

• Breakfast 4,90€ per person
• Wash per machine 4,50€ incl. folding laundry (done by Shanti, who takes care of the guesthouse)

Since our guesthouse is a temple, it is very important to us to preserve the sacredness of this special place. Therefore, we have written a few simple ashram mindfulness rules to help maintain the high vibration of this wonderful place in the future.

• We ask that you do not enter the buildings with shoes on.
• Every visitor is requested to turn off their cell phones in the temple room and observe absolute silence.
• We ask that you do not consume meat, alcohol or tobacco anywhere on the premises.
• There is a sacred fire pit on the property into which no trash of any kind (including biological) may be thrown.
• Please pay attention to cleanliness in the guest house, ashram

• Every visitor is requested not to touch any objects in the temple room without being asked.
• Furthermore, we ask you to respect the silence of the place and the silence and meditations of others.
